Sorry if my rambling offends you, so I will try to keep it short and sweet.  I know the 1 mile and 1/16 has been around for a while but never seemed to last.  Maybe I am wrong b/c I don't know the race office at Yonkers.  I thought that the 1 1/16 was in part to get more action and give rallying horses more of a shot. Thus the 3/5 pena horses that always seem to make the front with ease would have more of a challenge.  I agree it did nothing b/c I think penas horses could go 2 miles, heck they can't hardly pull them up.  As for my marriage with McElwyns I am pretty sure it's still not legal in my state but maybe I am in luck maybe he's from Yonkers.

I only compared 2 tracks (CD and The Meds) vs PA and only compared  WPS EX TRIS AND P4'S and found

What does Churchill have anything to do with this? And the last time I looked in the Meadowlands program it was 25% so they must have lowered it recently.
