Ya think if you're gonna spend 10 minutes telling us why you didn't dq a horse you'd take another 10 minutes and invest in a thought of how to get these pathetic shlub of mutual pools UP!  Head to head with Monticello today they offer more exotics and have more in their overall pools.  Shame, shame you should feel, you have huge purses, some of the best horses, trainers and drivers across 4+ states and this is what WE get.  Take the purses down 10% and make some better guarantees in p4's or something, better yet don't punish the horsemen use the salary of the idiot in charge of marketing there........who ever is getting paid there to keep that place competitive must be working double duty in D.C.....

Bud Light presents the worst marketing executive in harness racing here's to you....... rat

They have to have Keno there or a lottery.
There cant be anything with less of a payout for you.

I do wish it was more desirable to bet there, because I do enjoy the racing.  Good horses, and drivers, oh well at least it breaks up the day with some afternoon racing to watch!

Yea, I enjoy comparing the m/l odds to the off odds, amazing that you watch races everyday and can be that clueless.

when someone other than a horsemen, owner show up there for live racing management must say "what do they want?"

i read your bs on other blogs how pena is awful and yonkers designed 1 1/16 races to make him lose or to detour him, are you nuts pena wasn't born when yonkers started that, you have a pathetic knowledge of racing regarding this situation, possibly overall.......but the world needs fools too so rattle away...if you want i can find your quote and bring it here?  Even the pena haters would think you are a ***, lmfao....

How is the mile and 1/16th supposed to hurt Pena?

FredJones wrote this on another blog today at 3:12pm - he is a clueless soul

Joe
Let me start off with, I think Pena has been horrible for harness racing, he has turned Yonkers into an absolute joke and no matter what actions they tried to take, (1 and 1/16 mile, new conditions) it didn't matter he still won, until they finally had to kick him out.  Now I'm not naive enough to believe he's not using something but I kinda got mixed emotions on it.  Why can't they figure it out, it seems from what I read they are investing time and money to but they come back empty.
I also don't believe there are any full-time trainers(not the hobby guys) that don't use some sort of pre race, it's just the name of the game now a days.  Keep up with the times or get forced out.  I use to use a typewriter, but you don't see me lugging that around anymore.  You have to adapt.
I don't know what the answer is but I don't think it is the drivers responsibility to police the trainers he drives for.  I do see your point and obviously you care about the sport or else you wouldn't be so passionate.  So for now we will agree to disagree, or at least I will.

The mile and 1/16th distance wasn't to stop Pena.
If anything it helped him.

glad he's on your side, lol,  anything real goes in these forums but wishing a FredJones on the side of an opponent is a low blow, for that Janine might toss me

Pena predictions - within 3 weeks he'll back at Yonkers quietly, Yonkers will offer no information (possibly say "they cannot speak on an ongoing litigation, you understand", a few days later Yonkers will direct you to speak with Pena directly, a few days after that you'll be provided a vm for Pena.......and so they come they go come again leave again.....and they'll all be rolling in dough and we'll be clueless with new material

which part or maybe this part how's this - 4 state attorney generals and the fbi have been contacted and the tracks will fold their hand, race track officials telling the guy to not win and slow it down, what did you think that was gonna disappear like a fart in the wind - all any of these people care about is money this will all go away

If that is the case then those employee's will likely be the one folded as they are either relieved of their duties or possibly charged with a crime.

That will not change the fact that a private property owner has asked Pena to not frequent his track.   The track can bar anyone, you, me, him, ANYONE.

nobody bars me i get the best cash back from the comfort of my home, when i would have a horse in the derby, yeh that's gonna happen, if it did i'll be there otherwise......it's about leverage jj sure they can do this or that, but when the fbi says you wanna work this out or we can investigate, hell if i was a slot player and fbi agents were interviewing employees i'd take my business elsewhere - it's public, it's happening, it's moving to a different playing field, don't believe me ok....
