I'm fairly new here so this has probably been discussed before. Tonight's 10th race at Balmoral #8 American Pie list owners with last names of Langley & Johnston. Are these the same guys you talk about on BTW? If they are isn't there some conflict of interest possible if there is an inquiry? I believe this puts the Stewards in a tight spot.
I'm sure this has probably been discussed before but I am interested if anyone has an opinion. I'll be  at Balmoral tonight wearing my same old Florida Gators jacket. If you see me let me know your thoughts.

Same conflict of interest exists anywhere a track owner runs his horse at his own track.

Back several years ago a horse named " Rod's Deal " owned by the Yankees George S. who also owns Balmoral was on the lead at Balmoral in the middle of the stretch. The horse was a green 2 yr old and all of a sudden left the course and drove on the INFIELD and then drove back on the course and won the race.

    The inquiry went up and everyone knew the horse had to be DQ because he not only drove inside the pylons but he went on the infield grass about 30 feet off the track. Would you believe the stewards left the horse up? That call was the biggest disgrace to Chicago harness racing.

    That tells you right there that the stewards cheat when it comes to who owns the horse. Nick Clegg drives ONE INCH inside a pylon when he's in front by 6 and they DQ him out of the money.
