Same people? See learn something new every day. I am not versed outside of Maryland and have never claimed to be.

They probably don't even have any idea what a sulky or first over is. Its just a property they own.
You could write a letter or call.
Dan Rooney is the US ambassador to Ireland. There was to be an address.

the same Rooneys who dumped raw sewerage from Yokers raceway into the Hudson River for years and only paid a few million dollars while saving 100's of millions doing it? They are trash.

Weren't they finding run-off from the raceway in the reservoir right next to the track? And if memory serves me correct, isn't that reservoir also home to one of the NYDEC offices? LOL.

Would have cost them hundreds of millions so instead the Scum Rooneys paid 2 million to get away with this and no jail time.

I'm no Ed Norton, but I can see how horse manure would end up in the storm sewers. We have to be extra careful here at the farm due to the fact that one of the networks of streams that feed the Neversink bisects the property. The DEC isn't too shy to come knocking and the penalties are hefty, so it's better to allow them in to do their inspections and then stick to the guidlines they produce for the property. However, I do not understand how human waste was ending up in the storm sewers, again I'm no Norton, so my knowledge on this subject is limited.
