Wow so much for Midnight Jewel not being at the top of her game. She was real good tonight and Youngs Tower just had an awful trip I thought. I hope we get a rematch next week because I can see a rivalry brewing here...
Am I the only one surprised that Art doesn't leave for an early spot here? Given the make up of the race, you almost guarantee yourself a first over spot by settling.
After awhile -- you have to stop reveling in the horse's ability to overcome bad trips (which is excellent)...and ask: why does she keep getting bad trips?
