Interesting reference fairgame.  
This thread and some of the comments herein, reminded me of what certain parties have posted on this subject (and have posted overall).

I remember postings and videos about OGM's impressive groundwork with a colt in training.
I also remember the touch-n-go early days of Squid and how sick he was and how he landed in OGM's care.
Squid's comeback was shared too with videos and postings.  Brilliant.

Differences inevitably occur between owners and trainers.
Most of these relationships end bad badly when they "end".  
I hope it works out for all spirits concerned ... especially for the four-legged spirits whose destiny is [or was] determined for them.
