Anybody recall anything on Mr. Goveia?

 I've a dozen references (one of which is in the 1974 USTA Handbook) to George Goveia whom was Herb's brother, and whom George had his start with.
 George was born in 1917, thus Herb must have been older?

Herb was never very successful,as a driver.George was a professional driver at least at mior tracks.Herb raced in Chicago for a long time.George raced at Balmoral and won fairly often.Herb was more on the order of Harry Sprunger.Don't know anything personal whatever.
