I am sure you have an HPI account, with a moniker like Ontario Slasher. So...... go to last nights reply of Race 3
Watching from the normal angle, I too thought that Jody drifted in and caught Jackie Mos' wheel..which caused Jody to grab on..which interfered with the 2 horses right in behind them...but.........
when you see the head on camera shot..(which follows the replay of th stretch drive)..............
you will clearly see that it was Jackie who CAME OUT came out and hooked Jodys ' wheel
Because both the training horses eventually finished ahead of Jackie Mo...there was "no placings"
And if you go to Standardbred Canada's Home page....check the icon for RACING......and then Fines & Suspensions,
you will see that Jackie got 3 days for the interference
The only mistake the judges made........was not telling the announcer, to expalin to the public that "there was intereference noted during the inquiry...that Jackie caused the problem...but since the horses interfered with finished AHEAD of him, there will be no placings"
You are so correct...as with all things in business it is not usually the act that causes the issue it is the fact it is not properly communicated.
