They didn't bother with Eric because he wasn't racing in Illinois. Seldon was still down as trainer of the Illinois branch of their stable.

You gotta think that all other states will honor the meadowlands 10 year ban.

Why give the guy ten years, they should just say 'lifetime' ban. After all, are they going to renew his license after 10 years?
