Attorney's always say " We intend to appeal ". What else are they going to say? My clients don't stand a chance in hell and they are just waisting their money paying me.
The Ledford's made a big mistake going to Jersey to try and take down the real cash. They should have stayed in Chicago because the IRB and State police would never have busted them. Why, because they're incompetent and stupid.
What they do in Illinois is go after the little guy, the nobody, and leave the BIG stables alone. As in the case with the " Hall Of Fame " trainer who had 52 cloudy tests. Instead of going after him they left him alone and went after a young 21 year old kid with a big future ahead of him. He was just a nobody at the time so he was expendable.
