Black Tie Affair?

BTA wasn't an ILL Bred....maybe FL?  Buck's Boy is probably still the best ILL Bred to date.  Although, Giant Oak has now passed, in my mind, Mystery Giver, Polar Expadition and Fort Prado.

Black Tie Affair was bred in Ireland.  Nice to see the  light bulb finally turned on w/ Giant Oak.  He was a bust as a 3 year old.

Hope this info shows correctly....Sorry, but I couldn't get graded stakes earnings.   I would have to say Buck's Boy is still far and away the best Illinois Bred horse (overall $$, Win % and ITM %).   I'm glad Giank Oak is continuing to run later in life, maybe even Dubai.

Starts       Wins     Place      Show       Total Earnings    % Win   % ITM
Buck's Boy   30   16   5   2     $ 2,750,148   53%   77%
Polar Expedition   49   20   5   7     $ 1,491,071   41%   65%
Giant Oak   24   5   5   3     $ 1,256,677   21%   54%
Mystery Giver   43   13   8   3     $ 1,244,715    30%   56%
Fort Prado   59   18   10   8     $ 1,212,829    31%   61%
