Another new concept

If the feds, state police, or even local police can confiscate a person's property, such as guns, homes or vehicles when they are busted with dope, why can they not confiscate the farm when a doper is caught with large amounts of dope?

I bet these farms would watch who they rent stalls to a lot more closely if they stood to lose the farm!

Aranesp is not "dope".It is an anti anemia drug with NO abuse potential
(by addicts).It does apparently has abuse potential by athletes and horse trainers.But the drug laws are about mind altering addict producing drugs.
