Chairman Propes has now undertaken the task of forcing the IHHA and the Balmoral/Maywood managment groups for weekly updates on their negotiations.... Duke had the audacity to state that he's put over $12 million in renovations at the tracks in the last 3 years while Chairman Propes asked him not to get specific.....
