He was not suspended for any track violation. He was barred from the casino for 6 months. This has nothing to do with racing. Since the casino is attached to the track, he can't go there either. As far as Bobby is concered, it is indeed strange that after all this time we have not heard anything.

Guess you are right. What about the driver who urinated on a slot machine? don't think he was suspeneded anywhere else besides In. Guess he wasn't getting the % take-out he anticipated.

Don Irvine was that driver. Kinda surprised he did that, guess it was because he was/is a drunk. He should have thought about how much money he made because of those slots. The purses in Indiana would be around $300 if there was no slot money. How much would his driving fees be then?

Rick, If you were arrested for shoplifting and you worked at a bank the bank would fire you. A lack of morals isn't a selective behavior. So Bobby has been denied driving privileges based on an accused behavior. But Oosting and Miller get off scott free! As far as Oosting/Marcus is concerned I sent an email to the IRB. I want to know why their immoral behavior is being treated with kid gloves? Why does Marcus get a free pass when the damage he caused is to the ownership of the Casino who is paying welfare payments to Indiana Horsemen for their purse account which Marcus makes part of his living off of? Marcus in effect attacked his employer's property and showed contempt for the goose that is laying the Indiana golden egg! (ie.. THE CASINO!) The Illinois racing board should invoke the reciprocity rule based on the victim of the crime being the Casino/Racing facility itself! You can NOT separate the two since they are now a combined business enterprise.

Here's why. Casino is owned by a separate company than Indiana Downs. Races were over and he was in Casino. He got in trouble with the Casino not the track. They have nothing to do with each other. If you have ever been there you would see that. You have to walk on a dirt path to get to the casino through a small gate to even find the entrance to it. Once inside you wouldn't even know there were races going on. It is two different worlds.

Here is a clue for the clueless! Indiana Downs & Casino has a website! So when someone tries to use convoluted logic on you all you have to do is verify what you already know is true before you embarrass them in public! These "Two different worlds" are connected directly from the racetrack clubhouse! OOPS! According to the OFFICIAL website these "Two Different Worlds" are joined at the hip! Siamese Twins if you will! I have not been there since the Casino was built but I knew this post was total ! Another case of the Oosting Crime Syndicate sticking up for each other! When a driver is suspended from driving in one racing jurisdiction for whatever reason, the reciprocity rule should be invoked. Otherwise the casino welfare recipient does not learn to never bite the hand that feeds him!

I managed to spend my whole life without ever being arrested or suspended for anything! Just like 99% of the public! But you inbred morons can't stay out of trouble for 2 minutes! Yet you want everyone to feel sorry for you and give you casino welfare plus bring their hard earned money to the track every weekend so all these drunk crackheads with racebikes can steal it from them! It's not hard to feel like Lott in this crowd!

Would you be so kind as to list anyone in harness racing that you like or anything about harness racing that you like. Or, do you hate everyone in it and everything about it.?

"Two Worlds Apart"--part DUH! The Indiana Downs Clubhouse entry from the Casino is right next the High Limit Slots Room and The VIP Lounge. And, as I'm sure most horsemen who gamble at the casino know, there is an ATM right outside the entrance. No dirt path to confuse you!

Neither place I go. When directed by security as how to get to casino, they told me take the dirt path....not the yellow brick road to the Casino, the dirt path. I didn't make that up on my own. The two places have entirely different owners, hence the two worlds apart. If you puke in Pennys, are you barred in Sears?

Not exactly. It is true that to get to the clubhouse or casino from the paddock you must walk down the "dirt path", BUT, Indiana Downs LLC (racetrack) is owned by the OLIVER CORP. INDIANA LIVE! (casino) is owned by Indiana Downs LLC and managed by the CORDISH CORP. of Baltimore MD. INDIANA DOWNS and INDIANA LIVE are definintly owned by the same, OLIVER CORP.

Show me where you found this information. I was told while I was there last weekend that they were not owned by the same group.
Oh for sure I don't know directions that is why I always have to have someone drive me around. You know how us women are. Thank God we have men like you ( Knowitall) to guide us in our meager lives.
