Bobby was told by In. Racing Officials on the phone that if he showed up to drive St.Elmo.he would be able to drive. When he got there I do not know if he was served papers or not but he was denied the privilege to drive the horse in the race!!!!!
Why did they list Marcus Miller as the programed driver originally? (Peter Wrenn drove) Why would he make the trip if he wasn't put down to drive in the first place? The only reason I can imagine is if he knew Marcus wasn't going to Indiana that day |

The only reason I can imagine is if he knew Marcus wasn't going to Indiana that day
Marcus got thrown out of Indiana for 6 months for damaging casino property while drunk. Smollin went down to drive and was denied because he's a dumb ass who stole race bikes from Dave Magee and wheels from everyone else and got escorted off the grounds because a commission (IL) suspended him indefinitely. |

Why don't you call Indiana's race office and ask them. I just told you what the fu(|< happened. Quit trying to ascertain why. Just accept and move on.

Bobby is in serious trouble concerning this theft and barring a miracle it seems that he may be done for good. Marcus, not unlike Bobby, has continued to make mistake after mistake this year and seems to be heading down a very slippery slope as well. Get over it. BTW, I'm still waiting for that apology.  |

No one has confirmed anything on this thread or any other thread , if that makes me simple.............oh well I never started a thread about Bobby so I'm not sure info you are talking about. I still have not even heard the actual reason he is not driving. all speculation and no substantiated answers. |

It is true that Marcus got in trouble at the Indiana Downs Casino. He was barred from the casino for 6 months and because the casino is attached to the track, he can't drive there either, at least for now.

We know that alcohol was invovled in the Indiana incident. However, I agree that we do not know that as to the bike and wheels. Anyone know what is going on with that ? Been very quiet. He has not driven since yet nothing that I have read regarding suspension, etc. |

From what I was told by people that were there, he did a lot more damage than "pick a couple of flowers". I'm sure Daddy Erv has already made out the check to the casino. |

 Why does Il. not have reciprocity with In. or with most other states. Drivers and trainers come here after being suspended or asked to leave other jurisdictions and are welcomed with open arms. |
