I'm really surprised by the lack of interest here.

Should be some good races and I will be out there for the festivities. Don't know about records if the rain doesn't hold off, but we will see.

I do not see any records falling. Will be a chilly damp night. But I do think their will be some decent prices.

Cool story in the Sun Times by Larry Hammel, too. I hope the coming snowstorm in Minnesota doesn't cancel my drive up to Running Aces.

Looks very chalky. The only vulnerable favorite I see is Pardon.

Is TVG or HRTV planning on showing the races tonight? Or must we watch on the computer?

How come Sawgrass Farms horses are coupled in the 5th race, but not in the other races?

The other races are over $100,000 purse, so they can race uncoupled.  The 2yo filly race has a $95k purse.

Many thanks JR.
They "can" race uncoupled - do they have the option?

First time in 10 years I raced at balmoral....pretty dismal on the backside , but the races were good. Lucky for them it rained a bit during the afternonn, because the track was terrible in the morning, but absolutely perfect for the races. Fun seeing a lot of 'peeps" I havent seen for a long time. thumbs up
