One thing is for certain no one has come and said that he is offon a wild vacation after secretly tying to knot.  Or some other non "troubled" version of a story.

As of Friday at 4pm central time no new arrests for Robert Smolin per my contact at the Will County Courthouse.

I really like the kid but the attitude is a problem--the day he thinks he knows more than trainers with decades of experience... he needs to go back to bed and wake up with a different mind set. Don't know what really happened ---but in time he'll be fine!  Hope he learns some lessons --sooner than later?

Bobby was told by In. Racing Officials on the phone that if he showed up to drive St.Elmo.he would be able to drive. When he got there I do not know if he was served papers or not but he was denied the privilege to drive the horse in the race!!!!!
