One thing is for certain no one has come and said that he is offon a wild vacation after secretly tying to knot. Or some other non "troubled" version of a story. As of Friday at 4pm central time no new arrests for Robert Smolin per my contact at the Will County Courthouse. |

Looks like a good time for a few Indiana drivers to get some drives in Illinois . Let hope we don't have to endure watching Johnny Roberts getting more then one or two drives an evening .I think J.D . Lewis would be a good choice to replace smolin but doubt that will happen .

As of Sunday night here is what I was told by a Balmoral management person who knows the rumors going round.
Bobby is not allowed to drive because he failed a drug test. Time will tell if this is true. It's the likeliest scenario.
The stolen bike and wheels happened 2 years ago.
If Bobby has a whipping violation then he doesn't know about it but you can always ask the stewards.
Bobby + Jeff + DRUGS! = (+)piss test Now there is a suprise!

Two of the four violations are already in Smolin's past if you recall . He was fined/suspended for excessive whipping and was arrested and convicted of domestic abuse . I do agree with your opinion of waiting on what should be posted if smolin is found guilty on his recent issues . I really find it hard to think he is innocent due to the fact he posted good press is better then no press . I think Smolin enjoys reading about himself and know 100% he brags about his lack of respect for woman .

Because past offenses are a good indicator of future behavior.
And Bobby NEVER has behaved like a saint!
