Happened to see today at Delaware. You learn something everyday observing. Had the pick 3 going into last. The 4-5 ran second. I singled. He came in second. The winner was 22-1. I took a look as they were bringing him to winners circle. Right before they brought him in they took off his blinkers. Lo an behold underneath he was wearing another set of blinkers. NOW I ASK YOU,WHAT WAS THAT PURPOSE! How in hell would I know in beginning that he is wearing double blinks. And I'm not sure what that means. But I have a feeling it is another way to make things not kosher.
