Grass star in the making!

Remember this name : Winter Memories....by Giant's Causeway out of grass champion Memories of Silver (i was a huge MOS fan)......this 2 yr old filly is two for two...just won a  2 yr old 1 1/16 mile grass stake EASILY by 6 .....hand ridden.....on yielding turf...she's a grey rocket ship! She is the breeder's cup filly turf winner if she runs there.... if you can watch the replay of the 'miss grillo' stakes..notice her head carriage....she runs with a high head on a stretchy neck.....i want to put a martingale on her ...lol

Watch her debut too -- super impressive...got a "WOW!" from me, so not even sure what kind of word I'd use to describe today's run.

omg brian....she is the MOST impressive horse of any age/sex i have seen in yrs! and she did it EASILY......she reminded me of big red..it took her a while to get hold of the yielding turf, but once she did...DAYUM!  she pulled away on her own power, and won for fun!!!!   1 1/2 miles is within her range as she ages! and i was at toga when she broke her maiden....extremely impressive then, but today...WOW!

I certainly wouldn't go that far....

But she was incredibly impressive on debut and even moreso today. Sky's the limit for her if she stays healthy.

oh, well i do....based on the fact that she is a 2 yr old filly who has had two starts!!   she may not be that impressive as she gets older...lol
