For starters, I often set the table with all three implements on one side of the plate, and have been known to not use a place mat. That last drives drove your predecessor crazy.

Literacy coming from the word literate which is the ability to read, write and understand.  Therefore the opposite is illiterate which means you do not have those abilities.  Read his statements and you will see.

Perhaps a little education would help you as well.

All well and good, senor / senora "OTB." But in questioning his literacy you typed: "The man who insisted Gloria de Campeao was a filly?  The man who claims certain grade 1 races are restricted races?  The man who claimed Zenyatta has been mismanaged?" As far as I can tell, that has nothing to do with the ability to read and write (the 'understand' part has only to do with reading and writing, as far as the definition goes), and thus nothing to do with literacy or the lack thereof.

No problem, I enjoy humor even when I am on the receiving end. You really do make a good comedian. You make me laugh just as hard here as I do when I read your DRF articles.  laughing guy laughing guy laughing guy Wink

As long as you keep reading them, mel4600, its all good.

well bring it this weekend !  lol...that is surely bizarre cause 2 yr olds never run out of their age restriction..but...as i posted before....the track can write it's races as it sees fit to fill them.....

I also saw an 18 year old horse run at the Great Barrington fair.  The Mass fairs were fun, sorry to see them gone.  Crooked....but fun

i loved going to that bullring....where 6 fl races were what...THREE turns?? they had a tunnel to the infield and betting windows there, but no tvs when i went...but you could jog to the finish line and watch the horses were so slow.....and never ask for a $2 exacta..they looked at you like you had 2 heads....it's a PERFECTA in mass.....lol....last time they held a meet was in 1997......it sure was fun!

Perfect thread for OTB to read that there are many people who have used the word ***"

You won't hear that from me.  And not from others who have a brain and some compassion.

I think we all know there is a difference between those who were born with challenges, and those who have created their own, like z-tardos.
