INTEGRITY CANNOT BE BASED ON THE FACT THAT HE WAS A LOST SOUL. HE DID NOT GET INTO DRUGS AND ALCHOHOL BECAUSE HE HAD A STRONG SUPPORT GROUP. Herve was/is a horseman. He never gassed/juiced a horse hurting the animal...he was guilty of tax evasion that's a far cry from the bullshit that goes on today where the horse can't tell if its in this world when it goes out on a track.
I will re-iterate Herve is a great horseman and has paid the consequences (more than enough) for anything he was guilty of.

And Pigland with his AIR-VE says he wants to get rid of cheats 2 faced all the way. Theres too many good honest harness people that deserve a day than a convicted cheat who put a black eye on the game. JMO

Herve is not a disgrace most drivers and trainers today wish they knew some of old horsemanship remedies that Herve knows. Instead today people relish and promote trainers that couldn't get a horse to the track without a vet.
