Info just rec'd and very timely..... Seems like a 78 year old horseman who has been racing on the circuit for over 50 years has been handed down a pretty tuff sentence from the IRB. Interestingly enough, this horseperson went in front of the Thoroughbred Stewards instead of following procedure and going in front of the Harness Stewards for whatever reason. The hearing was performed on Friday (3/24) with a decision made on Sunday (3/26) and posted on 'the board' on Monday (3/27).........
Hearing #064036 National Jockey Club at Hawthorne Racecourse
