the bottom line is this. the visa debit card block on LEGAL gambling is absurd. i went today and got a mastercard debit with a differant bank and funded my account. my friend who helped me with the program i owe you one back and will set you up this weekend. i will PM and we will go from there.
my debit on acct with youbet was a mastercard......and it was denied....my bank branch manager said they had nothing to do with as it's MY money and if there isn't enuff in the acct for whatever purpose i want to use it, they won't let it go thru anyway......i opt to not have overdraft on a debit card acct...some people get in way too much trouble having that....
