I keep saying private plane regulation is way to lax, the guy who crashed in KY at that breeding farm ran out of fuel, how the hell do you run out of fuel in a plane ? You make sure your full before take off, you have a flight plan... Some innocent family gets it and there will finally be new regulation.

Kind of brings back memories of Airway Meadows just outside of Saratoga.  While playing golf at the 43 Phila outing one year, I hit a plane in the runway preparing for takeoff with an errant tee shot!
