Pena has over 50% win rate at chester and pocono. Insane, just insane. Is it a coincidence both of these tracks are in the state of PA?

You're right, it happens post race -- the day after they race. So it's in the system and not traceable when pre-race testing is done for the following week.

you just HAD to go there didn't you... I don't have the answer, but in a TOTALLY unrelated matter, PA regulations do NOT require that I submit to a drug test to get a gaming license. so basically, I can have a $1000 a week crack habit and that's ok, but I can't put $2 across on Mr. Wiggles on Breeders Crown Night without the fear of losing my gaming license if caught... there is something TOTALLY #$@&ed up about that....
