Driver and track?

Must be old though, the overcheck has a leather piece that attaches to the waterhook instead of a snap. Been a long time since i saw one of those.

The track looks bigger than a half but the final time is very slow...I'm guessing that's Liberty Bell.

2-3) Good Time and Frank Ervin at Good Time Park in 1952. The text description states "workout" and perhaps it was a qualifier, as horses don't generally wear head-numbers in workouts.

 Hate to burst the Alessi/Mayood bubble, however I've received replies from multiple Mich folks that this is Carl Putnam Jr., and the track is Northville (note the opening in the fence, which is where the old ramp used to be located and where the horses crossed Seven Mile and Sheldon Roads from the old holding barns.

 I don't have any photo's of Carl, however as many times as I've seen him close up and the name brought the vivid recollection of his face, the photo is definitely he.
