I've no clue of identity of either.
This photo is one of four listed on eBay. This one is at least twenty years later than the other three.
It has been suggested that the "bike" shown in an all-metal Nassau from the 70's.

I clicked on the photo and zoomed in but still can't read the name on the helmet. Must be old though, the overcheck has a leather piece that attaches to the waterhook instead of a snap. Been a long time since i saw one of those.

It wasn't Freehold because the track was lit up. Could it be Roosevelt Raceway?

Not YR or RR - they didn't have horse #/race # on saddle pad - only horse #.

I know the colors don't match but it looks an awful lot like Walter Paisley. Couldn't be qualifiers though because all the lights are on.

George Conley,James H Walker; no photo's of either to compare.
Connel Willis, I've a 1970 USTA publicity Photo and he helmet was a solid-mid-dark color with an italics "C.W." above the brim in large letters.
Dolbee (I've a 77 USTA publicity photo and his helmet was different,)
Don Busse (via a 1970 USTA Publicity photo, Don's helmet was painted in eigh spheres dark-light-dark
CARMEN ALESSI, I've an 82 winner cricle and he looks quite different.
Stan Banks, Ive a 77 USTA Publicity Photo and a 1983 of his 3,000 win and he was quite heavier his helmet was nearly all white with a large letter above the brim)

I've a few photo's of Walter at various times and wearing three different helmets, none of which were that color. He did wear an early helmet similar with inverted colors. Walters early helmet was white and with those black line seperators.
