No racing in New Hampshire, but slots could be a go

Just a few weeks after announcing there would be no race meet at Rockingham comes the revelation that slots are a very real possibility....without racing it looks like as the article makes no mention of that.

They also reference two greyhound tracks and both of them no longer have live racing.  This will set the precedent for tracks to have no live racing, but have simulcast only and slot machines.

Hasn't this been shot down before? In this House? I haven't kept up on the state-by-state progress, or regress for that matter.
