What's stunning is the payouts for the exotics in that race. $23 exacta and $110 tri in a six-horse field with a 1/9 shot winning.
Have to come to rosecroft and bet sometime. I specifically remember before that race telling my old school friends to NOT box. But they cant help themselves. They are incapable of playing it straight. That's why they don't win money long term. I find it very easy to win money on a consistant basis there because the people betting into the pools aren't the best gamblers. Don't understand pools and pay outs. Have to use their ignorance to your advantage. I have tried to explain the carry over for the superfecta to them about a million times. They still don't get it. They ask where the money is in the payout
