Thanks in advance.

oh cool..maybe now i will bet harness!!  i have never been good at it so i stick with the tbs cause i can kick butt with them!....btw wings.....last week, i caught a nice exacta at delta downs...yes, delta downs.....using my 'name' system......i did a $5 box on two 'run on names' for ....and the 16-1 shot came on top....Smiley (wings laughs at my 'name' handicapping skills....lol)
every once in awhile the quarter WILL hit the blind man's Tin Cup... trust me.. you didn't hit the race because the horsey Gods looked favorably upon the names.. hell Mare that might be the best way to bet Delta.. I certainly can't cap a race there

I don't leave the house much these days (health reasons), and don't bet online, but I'd be happy to handicap a race using Best Bet as an example for you, if you can send me a program page.  No track name or horses' names are necessary, BUT ... I'd need your opinion of each driver in the race, and it would be better if the last couple of starts are on a "fast track" and on the same track where this race is being run.

If the download is a problem, I can email it to you.

I'm not a spreadsheet user, so no comment on that.  I only urge you to carefully differentiate between + and - values, and make sure the final calculations reflect that.

I'd love to see some Best Bet results posted!  Thanks.

Tried it on one race to test the spreadsheet: M1, 2/15, Race 3:
system picked 2-4 (-53, -38)

result:
2    6.20   4.80
4           10.00
2-4 ex 58.40

Just found out I'll be in the hospital for a few days beginning tomorrow, 2/19/10.  As soon as I get out, I'll be here to answer any questions.  Please post results (good or bad) as you try out "Best Bet"!

P.S. I came up with a few other productive systems and "angles" over the years which I'll explain and post after we watch Best Bet for a while!

Hopefully, I'll see you all soon, Good Luck!

Punkie, whazzup.....You ok.

Bring your computer with you and spend part of the day here. It will help kill some time in the hospital.....Unless, of course you surround yourself with some hot nurses.
