Birth announcement, Rags to Riches foals a Giant's Causeway filly on Monday Mar. 9Th at 9:30pm. Mother and daughter are doing fine. beer

That blood sure seems rich but I know don't know much about breeding horses.  Im not trying to make a big point or anything but have you noticed, you put two really sensational looking people together and the kid never looks exactly as sensational as its parents, for some reason.

  With the exception of a select few, such as Romola Hanover, the mare is 1 or the other-a great racemare, or a producer of superior racehorses.  We can all point out the great ones, but by and large, most of the good race mares are average producers, at best.....
