A search of my data for "Shuter" provides that Billy participated at a few tracks that are non-existent today.
Phoenix Trotting Park, Fairgrounds Speedway at Louisville (the old one-mile track prior to Louisville Downs, Magnolia Park in New Orleans, and Ponce DeLeon Raceway in Florida.
