I don't know if an OTB should be exposed to St. Matthew's even if they do have a "low rate of crime here at St. Matthew's". The church might be a bad influence on the OTB.
These people are so foolish. If the IWP were smart, they'd be out pounding the ground and attempting to dispel rumors like this -- I've been to OTBs my whole life, and obviously, there's nothing "crimeful" about them.
