THE BOYS OF SUMMER CONTEST RULES

Five weekends in August (Saturday & Sunday)
Two tracks: Del Mar | Saratoga

August 1-2 | August 8-9 | August 15-16 |  August 22-23 | August 29-30


Player chooses the 5 races total every weekend.
Play one or both tracks. Wager in the win pool or place pool.
$100 cyberdollars maximum per race.

You may use more than one or two horses per race.
Overlimits on the $100 cyberdollars per race is an automatic void.


Those playing two horses in a race the race counts if one horse runs
and the other horse is scratched. Both scratches do not count as a valid race.
(ex. $20 win on #1 runs but $80 to win on #2 scratched - the race still counts)

Those wishing to make plays on turf races should specify "turf only"
(or "main track only") or else the race counts as is.

No limit on number of races per day but limited to 5 races per weekend.
You may sit out entire day or entire weekend if you wish.
Plays must be posted (in one post) in the official contest thread
by first post of the Spa card (usually 1:00 pm ET / 10 am PT)

Should you require scratches/changes information,
please do so by the first post of the Del Mar card by post time.
You may post Spa selections separately and again with the Del Mar selections later in the day.

Any posts made after the off in the first race of the respective cards
will not be allowed. This will be strictly enforced, so please post once for each track.

The official scorer will be working off a hard copy of selections.
Make sure to use Preview function and double check your plays.
No changes allowed after your first (and only) post for that race card.

As always, this contest is free and open to all handicappers.
Leaderboard will be updated by the official scorekeeper nightly.

First come first serve.  Limited to 20 players maximum.
All decisions will be deemed final as ruled by the official scorekeeper: TKS
