Tomorrow we finally get to see the opening day entries on Hawthorne's website. WOOHOO!
We are hoping to enter one of ours. Will let y'all know if we get in and his chances.
Anyone else hoping for enties?

i know theyre being taken 2morrow but lets hope theyre posted 2morrow! the last couple meets they havent put them out on the net till the night before for opening day.

I see the new website links directly to Equibase.  Entires should be ready when they have them up.  Final programs odds don't get updated there until they have their "Equibase Fan Friendly PPS" ready so they can use their own link to sell them.  (Equibase's website also doesn't show actual program numbers). 

Fastest general website I've found so far for Final M/L Odds and Program Numbers is DRF, under the Entries, which are free.  The update the initial entries once they get the final changes. 

TSN and BRIS also have free entries, and a separate spot for free program info (M/L odds, PGM # & changes).  They are also fairly fast to update.

If you bring up a page and need to recheck it, and you using Explorer, you may need to click 'Refresh' (under View) to be sure the most recent page - sometimes the browsers  don't always go to the website to check for an update every time.

One day I was with announcer Larry Collmus as he prepared for a race at Suffolk, and he just glanced at the program, shut his eyes for a second, then said "got it", meaning he memorized all the horses for that race, just like that. I told him that was pretty impressive, memorizing them all that quick. His answer was, "These are all my old friends."
