This 1960 Hoof Beats article (by Gene Fairbanks) was available to the
S-Breds folks in late 2005.

I've converted to a web page, added a 1968 photo of the Sholty Family, as well as down-sized image of the Jame Ponter drawing of George.
The bottom of the page was supplemented with George's bio from the 1974 USTA Handbook.
