I'll tell you what I told APCD Dan: Thanks for the advice, but I'll choose my own subjects.

As for why people in racing cheat, why, it's the same reason people in all walks of life cheat. Because they're human. There's the great mystery solved for you John Frank. All the years of angst, and the answer was right there in front of you all the time.

I'm not naive enough to believe that the game is squeaky clean, but I don't think the cheating is as rampant as many on this forum think it is.  I do agree that the punishment for cheaters is often not enough but I also believe in due process --- in other words, proof not innudendo.

That said, add me to the list of those tired of rants without proof and not just those by John Frank (but a post without profanity would be nice). This includes more eloquent posts by others that accuse folks of cheating without proof.

I want the cheaters caught and removed from the game, but I don't want to round up everyone who is successful because we don't believe their success rate is "possible".  Prove it to me and then they're gone (if I had the power to do so, which I don't).

Hit the nail on the head.

If someone is doing well, they juice.  If someone is doing poorly, they are terrible.

So basically, you're either a juicer or you are terrible.  What a lovely World. Wink

Best,

When winners win, it's great handicapping. When losers lose, it's cheating or a bad ride or a dozen other factors.
