Dan, maybe you could hire John Frank to paint your new $750,000 home in Summerlin. John's not too busy these days accodring to some on the t-bred side and the extra cash would come in handy. At night, he could paint the town red with his bar-hopping and catch 40 winks before returning to the new *** Castle to work.
