It was huge, in my case. Over 1000 pages. And on page 682, believe it or not, there was info written in real estate-ese that made it clear that I didn't want to buy this particular condo. At least not at this price. I may go back to them next year. I didn't burn any bridges, I just said after reviewing everything, it wasn't right for me at this time.
