I am just an old "Hoss" trainer, that has been raced hard and put away wet. 
As my Friend from Maine(Ora Stratton) says "There are horse trainers, and then there are real "Hoss" trainers.

 #1 looks a lot like Bill Lambertus to me, but I doubt you would have a picture of someone who is not that well known.

It actually was pretty easy for me, because I raced against Lambertus at Pocono Downs for several years immediately before he retired.

Although he had a bit over 3,500 driving wins in his career, I don't recall him ever having a horse that brought him national recognition, although I suppose he could have many years ago. Hence my comment that he was not well known.
