Just noticed this one on the ILHBPA website.  Assume it is true given is now linked on the website.  Nice deal for all involved.

Interesting that Arlington isn't mentioned.

I was under the impression that it was Illinois law that prevented ADW.  In fact, there is language in HB4194 that authorizes ADW:
1      Sec. 3.28. Advance deposit wagering licensee. "Advance
2  deposit wagering licensee" means a person licensed by the Board
3  to conduct advance deposit wagering. An advance deposit
4  wagering licensee shall be an organization licensee or a person
5  or third party who contracts with an organization licensee in
6  order to conduct advance deposit wagering.

I also have heard that there is money being held in escrow pending legalization of ADW - a percentage of what people in other states bet on our IL tracks that hasn't been distributed to the state, tracks or horseman.

Anybody have any clarification?
