An idea for a submission to the people in London will be taking place this week for a person, to my own recollection, has taken around 40-45,000 winners circle pictures in his 'career' which started in 1979 and has spawned over tarcks such as Washington Park, Arlington Park, Maywood Park, Balmoral Park and Hawthorne Racecourse, et al.

Can anyone name this person? Hopefully the Guiness people will follow up on this one and we could use the press to generate some publicity for the Racing Industry Charitable Foundation which was formed by Lucy Reum in 1979 (she passed away on July 18, 2005, at the age of 91).
