I am an retired/bankrupted driver/trainer who is now forced to work two jobs. One of my jobs takes place between 3am and 1 pm, therefore I won't be attending the meeting. But remember fight for what is rightfully yours. I personally feel that you should be fighting to even up the splits at the otbs, but your board seems hell bent on this recapture issue.
I will guess thats because recapture is the biggest number and theres less exucse for it. No othere state has anything like it. Splits on live racing for OTB are arguable on basis of tracks paying all the operating costs.
