Up at Laurel in the Dancing Count I like Hounddogman, down at Calder in the Tropical Park, Wedding Dancer, and at Louisiana, in the Sugar Bowl, Rocket Beauty, Grand Escape, and Here Tiger. Do others have choices?

In the Tropical Park Derby, I'll go with the chalk, whoever it is.

Well i struck out all around. Here Tiger did come in second in the Sugar Bowl. Barbaro looks to be a turfer. If he can make the switch to grass he could be tough.

Abe, the TP Derby IS run on turf. That horse was a lock.

Thanks for keeping us updated. It's an exciting contest always. It would be better for them if the contests were moved up a couple of months or spaced out. Today's horses are fast but they're built like shit. Bad feet. Too much money to be made selling inferior bloodlines to dupes, and simply because they have too much of it, anyway. Racing sucks and the breed is going down fast.
