Another dumb move by Balmoral.

Starting tonight they offer .10 supers and what do they do?.......they card 3 .10 supers on races with 7 horse fields, but yet they DON'T have any supers on 2 ten horse fields. How dumb are these people? Don't they know that betting a .10 super on a 7 horse field is a waist of time?

Anyway here are my .10 super boxes on the races that have 10 horse fields tonight.

    Race#1.... .10 super box on 1-2-6-7-8-10 $36

    Race#2....  2-4-8-9-10 $12

    Race#6.... 2-3-4-6-9 $12

    Race#10.... 1-3-6-7-10 $12

    Race#11.... 1-2-3-7-10 $12

    Race#12.... 2-4-5-8-10 $12

        TOTAL BETS $96

Totally *** incompetent management.  Urgh.

They think they're better off putting up the dime supers in the big $$ races -- come on, Balmoral!  Real bettors don't want to bet supers on a 7 horse elim where 5 qualify!!  Stupid.  They should show some awesome $6 payouts -- that will get people excited.    Roll Eyes

And, to top it off, they also card the 7 horse races within the pick four.  Just plain dumb.

Best,
EW

The recapture is going to stay (1)
We have an IHHA president that is going to race more in NJ than here (2)
Everyone is leaving trainers, owners, Morgan, employees, etc. (3)

And how dumb is Balmoral  Huh

Not to DUMB, why ? Because All owners, investors, IRB officials and Stewards are all making the same amount of money and are taking NO PAY CUTS

      They WIN again Kiss
and the horseman stay losers (as always)

Not true with the owners they made the same money from simulcasting during the strike (no pay cut). Remember they had less operating costs and people bet more on other tracks. And some betters never came back.

Simulcasting can only last so long. There has to be live racing to survive

Obviously something "Fishy" is going on at Bal. They arenteven allowed to have supers on races that have 7 horses when there are scratches!!! let alone post supers on these races to begin with!!!
Can some one plaease post the superfecta rules as listed in the official program!!

sn check the .pdfs at this BTW news page. Think the IRB adopted these rules.

Look like the super rule was alraedy super 7 and tri 6 on entries. But they made new rules to keep super if the race scratched to 6 and tri if it scratched to 5 as long as there wasnt a entry.

That explains why Bal. did it then they took the worst races of the night to put the supers on just to give the bettors no chance of making a little score for a minimal amount!!!

1st race super 10 horses $7700 .10 super $385 for a dime!!!

...as dumb as Ratwood for putting a 6 CL in between a $135 K and a $275 K stake.  The "bald snake" really outdid himself.  Of course, he's had his Sans-A-Belt polyester slacks down around his ankles in anticipation of RTP's "maggot" leaving.  See, the two-faced chrome-dome hates TM with a passion and is doing cartwheels that he's leaving, but he has to look "neutral" in public.  Nice card building, you papier-mache headed ferret face !  TC
