This is my first post on the buggy side.  I usually bet the flats, but when I'm hot I'll stay to bet Maywood.  I used to go there when I lived in River Grove.  Now I live a few miles from the new OTB going up.  I'm thrilled to save time and money going over there.  I started on this forum by reading every post made today.  It seems that a couple of posters try to dominate and why do they copy other posts.  I remember the name Nance from the '80s at Maywood.  He used to train or own some, huh ?  Anyway I saw this Richard guy giving him a hard time along with a ruckerfan.  I'll have to read further back to figure this stuff out.

nance is in hiding.  he told people he won tons.  the real scoop in vegas from the guys at treasure island is that he didn't do too good at the meadowslands and he just wants to stay away from the buggies.  you'll see that the people on this side are more passionate for their sport.  unlike the thoroughbred posters.  welcome and have fun.

i'm no longer a trainer, nor did i ever train in illinois.  i'll give some holiday horses when santa anita gets going.  i did pretty good at hollywood.  on the buggy side i've been doing good at cal expo, balmoral and the meadowslands.  if you play the ponies in vegas don't go to the palms.  the machines eat the money.  they need to fix that.

Bob Khan, If you stay on this site it can be informative. But you will see when you get an honest answer to your question from someone who knows, you will see what I call "bashers" try and discredit them by bringing up old crap that has nothing to do with your question. The problem these people have with eachother should not affect you. So you have to read between the lines, If you have a racing or training question I would direct it to dan nance. If it is a handicapping question about anything I would direct it to race track phil, and dan nance. The rest of the crap you will read , you are on your own.

This is my opinoin that I have made from reading this forum for months.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Bigdaddy (joe)

If I offended anyone with saying Merry Christmas- Oh well

Bigdaddy, I don't really follow what you are saying.  from what I know about chat rooms and forums, there is a wide spectrum where everyone is allowed their 2 cents worth of time.  Are you saying there are persons with bad 411 on here and should be avoided ?  If so, who are these persons ?  Please inform.
