Maybe it's just a shitty horse.

Maybe it was just a shitty race.

I took a flyer on Jacobs from the seven-hole. Oh well.

Roho? Wouldn't have put any faith in that one.

Hey Darth,

What was he supposed to do?  He's in the two-hole behind the even money favorite w/stonehands parked the mile.  Even Davis Miller and Sears would have sat in and waited for the inevitable room needed.  Besides, that horse is a piece of s--- anyways.  I know she was flying at the end, but what do you expect after sitting in the entire mile?  How about the wins he's (Widger) racked up the last month?

Widger is not a favorite of mine.
He's winning a few more since Morgan left just like he did last winter when Berry and Holland left.
I actually played him last week and won.(lucky)
I need to see some improvement though.
He's been around long enough where you should expect some consistency.
I haven't seen much.

Speaking of Morgan.  How bad is Dover's colony?  After about a month or so, Morgan is and has been the king out there.  He must be kicking himself for not leaving sooner.  He gets to drive in nearly 15 races a night with purses that average 3 to 4 times larger than Chicago.  Why would he ever consider leaving?

On Sam Widger.

I think he's decent.

I don't have a problem betting the following drivers, at Balmoral, but not exclusively:
Not in any particular order:
Sam Widger
Brent Holland
Joe Anderson
Ron Marsh
Dave MaGee
Andy Miller
Jason Dillanger
Mike Oosting
Tim Tetrick
Homer Hochstetler ( Somewhat a mystery)

These are my problem drivers:
Not in particular order

Dale Hiteman
Dean MaGee
Darcy (Bad) Pletcher
Steve Searle
Del Chupp
All the Finns
Tom Insko
Scott Banks

That's the good, bad and definitely ugly Huh Huh

sam not only is a decent driver but he's a good man for those of you who don't know him.

Burton

In the spirit of Christmas give Sam a break. He was only trying to win and make some extra Xmas money for the family. Besides, they need to drive all out because they don't know if they will even be driving come Jan. 1st.

Well, it's Christmas Eve and time for the Holiday's to start. So, I'll talk to you guys next week. And remember to keep a stiff upper lip because things could always be worst. Let's hope for the best for all Chicago Horseman in 2006 and beyond. And, I mean that from the heart!!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAY'S TO ALL
