I was stabled at the Meadowlands so lets not start with "you Chicago People".  I saw plenty and if you want to get in to name calling and insults you better think twice. I saw enought damn hoses and saw horses tubed DAILY, not just to race but DAILY!!  What do you think that does to a horse time after time after time.  Let's not play innocent here BOB....when it comes to pre-racing there are quite a few chemist in Jersey.

If some regular name here is stabled in New Jersey or has a contact would they ask "bob horowitz" if it was really him wrote this. Because we have had some fake real names before. False first timers also telling big storys. Ask him also how he conveniently happened to find this Chicago forum to fire on Robin.

Horowitz,

Are you related to Moe, Curly and Shemp Horowitz of Three Stooges fame?

Bob,

If this is true, I feel sorry for you and your owners.  I have always felt that any horse that is claimed from a race should be subject to mandatory post race testing with the option of voiding the claim if something comes up positive.

The horse won a race at Balmoral last month and therefore was post-race tested.  Does Illinois test for EPO?

What do you mean "TRAINERS LIKE ROBIN SCHADT WHO ARE ALLOWED TO USE ILLEGALLY OBTAINED BOOKIE MONEY ON HORSES "?

Trainers tubing horses in NJ? Chemists? No...I'm shocked...I've never seen that! LOL  Wink

That is one of the standard storys of this forum about where the money comes from. Funny how first time poster "bob horowitz" from New Jersey would know it and include it to his epogen story. Small world.

Daley is serving a 6 month suspension for a high TCO2 reading on the horse Night Mystery. The barn raid conducted after the positive that turned up some suspicious items did not result in any further suspension. The criminal charges were treated treated in accordance with the way first offender cases are handled in NJ...if you stay clean for a specified time, no action is taken.

There is one difference between New Jersey and Illinois. New Jersey got casinos to subsidize there purses. That is it.

BB, I believe the reference was to the fact that Dana gets accused all the time of owning more than just a salt-water tank aquarium business.  Unconfirmed sources report that he is involved with offshore wagering.  I can say that this link is unproven through all my sources and those businesses are legal in the countries that host/ harbor them.  Either way, this shouldn't be a reflection on Robin.  That being said, IF Pacific Playboy is coming off the effects of an EPO program, the claim should be rescinded and the horse should be subject to 24 hour barn detention until testing clean for all substances for a period of at least 6 months.  I thought that EPO usage slowed down in NJ once Chansky Jr. was nabbed.  The only places left where EPO was a popular program was where the testing for it wasn't up to snuff.  Also, remember that steroidals and the like are more dangerous than milkshakes, where the danger lies in administering the shake.  Don't forget, trainers in the '90s were using bleach as a "system shocker" to improve performance.  This all makes for a lovely game we follow, no ?  TC

I believe what he is referring to is the owner of "Odds on Racing".  The owner is an
operator of a large offshore bookmaking operation--hence the name "Odds on Racing"

TC:
The only jurisdictions in the US that test for EPO are IN, DE and NY.

Boy what a story this is if its true. WOW!!!!

NJ, Are you telling me Yonkers tests for it and the Meadowlands does not???

The rumor around the racing world is that their is no real test for it.
I have only seen a few people ever caught for it and know first hand many more have been using it. Can you shed some light on this??

Dude, no one recommended you claim off of Rucker and I know for sure no one advised you to drive your own stock in a pari-mutuel race.  Good business decisions are the cornerstone of success, that I'll agree with you on.  TC
