I don't agree with you always Tsunami, but this time we're in tune. It's always been my point about putting political posts on the racing forum. Thanks.

I would love to get rid of the *** and liberals and let them start their own country. Lets divide the country in half!! Now there a real solution!!!!

Where did you ask me for solutions. You asked about how many jobs I created, my education and military service. I answered all and you have provided nothing. Where do you work NOW and how many JOBS have you created? What branch of service did you serve for 9 years?

By the way, you have not provide any solutions, you listed 2 areas of concern that you have. You want my solution for health care? GO BUY IT and if you can't afford it you can usually find some form of state subsidy. I surely don't want the federal government to be my insurer because it will cost me 3 times as much.

I said I served my country. I was in more danger than you pencil pushers in the military. Except maybe SWAY BACK. He got killed in Viet Nam, did you know that?

Your solution to the health care crisis is "Let them eat cake"? Nice. 40 million uninsured should just PRESTO! buy insurance??

The cost of health care has gone up WAY more than 3 times since Hillary suggested National Health Care, but I would like to see how giving everybody the same health care that the politicians get would cost 3 times more. Do you have numbers on that? Maybe Mr. Chadwick does - he's the CPA. We are being gouged right now by the health insurance industry! I don't think it can be much worse. Most of the major industrial nations can afford it, why not us? Don't you think it's embarrassing that so many Americans are going to India to get major health care and they say it's 100 times better than what they get in the US at 1/4 or less of the price? INDIA!

Let's get rid of women and anyone who is not white while we're at it. Screw that, we'll get rid of the types of whites we don't like, too, like dumb Swedes and so on. A country only of brilliant conservative white males. Now THAT would be a country, goddamit! Oh excuse me, I broke a commandment there. I meant gosh darn it! But you can imagine it. Endless naked towel fights, gatoring, keggers, everyone making $200k a year while magical robots do all the menial things, and WORLD DOMINATION!

Terry, you have to put SWAY BACK on ignore. One thing you DO learn by getting on the big political boards is that people like SWAY BACK who make outrageous claims and call people ***, etc. are almost always 12 year old boys posting from their bedroom. Have you ever seen SWAY BACK make a post with some useful content in it? 12 year old boy, trying to impress the big kids.

The more you respond to them, the more stupid they get.

Your solution to the health care crisis is "Let them eat cake"? Nice.
This is Chadwick asking the question of Mr. Moon.
Now Mr. Moon, where does that saying come from since you used it?
Maybe Mr. Chadwick does - he's the CPA.

Okay Mr. Moon, where did you serve?

I will volunteer first, since I was an officer and leader of men.  Remember our motto was "follow me."

I said in a previous posts, I went to OCS.  Now since you were in the military, you know what that means.  I was commissioned a 2nd LT in Armor.  I was in a Combat Arms, not the Finance Corp.  Therefore, I don't think I was considerd a pencil pusher, therefore the only thing I pushed was a 60 ton tank known as a M-60, with a 105mm gun, along with a 50 cal machine gun and 7.62 cal machine gun.

How do you like that opening salvo.  Shot out/ shot over.

That means your turn.

How about fire in the hole, fire in the hole.  That means what?

First of all, I never said I was in the military. There are a lot of other ways to serve your country, many of which are more dangerous than driving a tank around a training course. I am just assuming that's what you did, since you been bragging about your heroic military career this whole thread and you haven't mentioned any actual action.

Second, do you think that "Let them eat cake" is some obscure phrase and you are some kind of a genius for knowing it? Wow. You better check your IQ again.

My degree is in Math and Physics.

Is that OK with you, egghead?

BTW, how many of your employees are illegals? Did you even check or are you one of those "I didn't KNOW" guys?

Oh, I forgot. Illinois State Scholar, a 31 on my ACT and served my country for 9 years, 3 of which were in a more dangerous spot than any of your armchair generals. I have Q Clearance (you never lose it, they tell me, even though I haven't been working in that area for 20 years)

I need clarification of this, Mr. Moon.

Yes, well, you won't get it. Why don't tell us about the danger spots you were in, since you like bragging your military career. I'll bet you were impressed with Bush's military experience. Wasn't he a First Lieutenant, too?

Lt. George W. Bush while in the National Guard.

Thought so.

Mr Moon:

Answer the question?

Concerning President Bush's picture, how do you distinguish the difference between:

2nd Lt?

and

1st Lt?

Not a hard question for you.

Why wouldn't that be a hard question? I said several times I wasn't in the military. You don't read very well, do you? Are you denying that the only way to serve your country is in the military? Is that what you are saying? So that all the police, fire, medical, safety personnel don't serve their country. Wow. You really are an elitist.

I think you have a credibility issue. Somebody who starts off their response with their military career is almost always a blowhard. Especially when that person is a right wing nut. You still haven't answered that question either. Did YOU see any action? Has anybody ever fired at you? When you were driving these tanks, was that just after you given a them lube job or what?

Since you said you were drafted, I am assuming Viet Nam era? Why didn't you serve in Viet Nam? Were you in the Champagne National Guard, like Bush? I have more respect for SWAY BACK's service - at least he SAYS he was in Viet Nam.

You don't even read your OWN posts, do you? Let's look at what started this:

Let's first see if you have some credentials.

Here's mine:

Loyola graduated, majored in accounting.
CPA from the University of Illinois.
CVA from NACVA.
Pass peer reviewed and monitored by ILCPA Society.

Of course, you being a smart guy, you know what all these acronyms stand for.

There you go.  I volunteered first.

Your turn.

Oh, forget another one.  Was drafted in the Army, went to OCS, was commissioned a 2nd LT served my country for approximately three years.
Retired a 1st LT.  US Army.

Kenneth J. Chadwick

You tried to brag about your b.s. background and you were called on it. And it upset you so much, you've been trying to impress me with your military "career", which you still haven't answered the question whether you saw any action or whether you great military career involved driving tanks around the armory on Prairie Street. Or I guess maybe in Wisconsin.

It looks like YOU are down range, Mr. Blowhard Army Reserve.

Dear Moon:

Since you never were in the military, little education to you:

There are two kinds of commission you receive as an officer:

Regular Army (RA)

Reserve

The majority of commissions received during the Viet Nam era (1962 to 1975) were reserve commissions.

Maybe 5% of commissions were RA.  With a reserve commission the Army has a right to RIF (Reduction in Force) you when the Army has no more needs for its officers corp.  Very typical during war time.  Whereas if you were RA, the Army can't RIF.  There are always exceptions.

Because I had a reserve commission doesn't mean I did not serve on active duty.

Active duty for me was from Sept 1966 until August 1969.

That meant Ft Riley, Kansas, Ft Knox, KY and lot of military bases in Western Europe.  Full time away home for about 36-39 months.  Yes even being shot at on a couple of occasions.  Being in a burning tank.  That was 38 years ago, but it seemed like it was only yesterday.

There you go, you got educated, from a hard core conservative.
